VOTING FAQ

How often can I vote?

You can vote only once for a single nominee in each category. Voting closes on Wednesday 5 December at 5pm. The IP address for your device will be recorded to prevent repeat voting.

Can I vote for more than one nominee per category?

You can only vote for one nominee per category.

Why is it telling me “Your vote has already been registered”, or "Invalid entries found" ?

If you see these messages, it means that a vote has already been registered from your IP address. Note that in some computer networks (e.g. some office and WIFI networks) all the connected devices share a single IP address. In these circumstances, only one vote can be registered from that network. We recommend that you vote from another device connected to another network (e.g. a smartphone connected to a mobile network).

Another error is preventing me from voting. What can I do?

If you have difficulty voting, we recommend you take the following steps:

  • Refresh the web page (Windows PC or laptop press “F5”, for Mac press “Command” and “R”)
  • Ensure that you have the latest version of the web browser installed (note this website supports the latest versions of Google Chrome and Safari).
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies

If the above-mentioned steps fail to correct the issue, we recommend that try voting from another device and network.

How will the votes be applied to choose the winners?

A singe winner will be selected in each category based on a combination of the the judges’ assessment and the number of votes received. A weighting of 33.33% will be given to the public voting and a weighting of 66.66% will be given to the judge’s assessment. For more information, see the terms and conditions.
